Appointment and Cancellation Policy

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 12-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 12-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value.
If you do not cancel your appointment with adequate notice and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to a charge of 100% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule.
We offer a 15-minute grace period to accommodate traffic and other unforeseen circumstances, and when possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

COVID-19 Policies

Outside haircuts are available at our Minneapolis location (weather permitting).

Private level indoor hair services are available on the mezzanine level of our Stillwater location.

One person in the salon at a time appointments are available at our Menomonie location (limited availability).

Please reschedule your appointment if you or anyone in your household is not feeling well or has a fever.

Everyone inside of any of our locations is required to wear a mask.

We ask that you not bring guests with you who are not receiving a service.

Please use the hand sanitizer available at reception upon entering and exiting the salon.

We operate all of our salons at 50% capacity or within specific state guidelines.

All of our staff is directed to take their temperature at home before arriving to work and to not report to work if they are feeling ill. Please be patient with us if we have to reschedule your appointment due to a stylist or one of their children being ill.

Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however, we will happily make adjustments to the original service upon approval of your stylist. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.
